Stacy Eggemeyer PT, ATC

Clinical Manager

Stacy Eggemeyer PT, ATC began her sports medicine career as an athletic trainer in 1993. In 1999 she began working as a PT, ATC after graduating from University of Cincinnati with her physical therapy degree. She is the Clinical Manager of the Eastgate location at Wellington Orthopeadics and Sports Medicine. As Clinical Manager of the Eastgate location at Wellington, Stacy is responsible for the day to day operations. She has an emphasis on patient care while helping the staff at Eastgate to continue to strive for excellence in patient care.

Mark Malmstrom, P.T.

Manager Special Projects - Mark Malmstrom PT

• Mark Malmstrom graduated from the Physical Therapy program at Indiana University in 1978. He was certified in 1987 by the Institute of Graduate Health Sciences in Manual Therapy. He graduated from Indianapolis University with a Master's of Health Science with a Concentration in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in May of 1992.
• He was a member of the founding University of Cincinnati Faculty, Teaching Neuro-Muscular Skeletal Dysfunction from 1985-1988 for the University of Cincinnati Physical Therapist Assistant Program. He has been involved in professional speaking to groups on multiple topics to include soft tissue mobilization, neck pain & related diagnoses. In particular, A Team Approach to Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction(TMJ), Dynamic Lumbar Spine Evaluation and Stabilization. He was also a past chairman of the Southwest Ohio Physical Therapy association as well as a national delegate to the APTA.
• Mark was in private practice for 10 years with an emphasis on Orthopedic and sports medicine care. Mark is currently providing patient care at the Eastgate Wellington office. Previously, he was the clinical manager of the Clifton office and Glenway office for Wellington Physical therapy. While working for Wellington he has been involved in medicare standards review, quality committee review, and outcomes standards and program evaluation.
