Rachel Heyl PT, Med, ATC, SCS

• Rachel Heyl began her career with Wellington in 1992 as an athletic trainer providing care to patients in the clinic and in the high school setting. Since then she has gone on to earn a degree in physical therapy in 1999 and has been working as a PT/ATC in the orthopedic and sports medicine setting ever since. She has served as a clinical instructor, and has done various talks on the topic of shoulder rehabilitation, lumbar stability, and concussions. In addition, she has extensive experience in the area of pediatric and adolescent orthopedic/sports medicine.
• As the clinical manager at our Sardinia location, Rachel is responsible for day to day management of clinic operations, direct supervision of other physical therapists, athletic trainers, and physical therapy assistants, as well as support staff. In addition to these responsibilities, Rachel also provides medical coverage for a variety of athletic events for recreational, high school, and professional athletes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.

Lisa Frye, PT

Clinical Manager

Lisa Frye has been practicing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since 2000, and has been the clinical manager of Wellington’s Anderson location since 2007. Lisa has served as a clinical instructor as well as spoken to physical therapists, certified athletic trainers, and physicians regarding lower extremity evaluation, core stability in the overhead athlete, and functional neuromuscular rehabilitation techniques.

Maggie Rawe, M.P.T

Assistant Clinical Manager

Maggie Rawe has worked with Wellington since March 2004. She is the Assistant Manager at the Anderson office. She enjoys working in the orthopedic and sports medicine field and participates in and watches many sporting events. Maggie has always lived in Cincinnati area and feels that Wellington helps her stay connected to the community.
